Jalekro bv was set up in 1973 as a wholesale business selling mainly beads and jewellery findings. Over the years the assortment has been widely expanded with products for all kind of crafts. Nowadays the materials for paper crafts are the main part of our assortment. We sell well-known brands like Marianne Design and Joy!Crafts.
From our modern building in Assendelft we daily dispatch many orders to clients home and abroad.

At the moment our assortment encompasses approximately 3,000 article numbers, which are generally available from stock.
Shipping is done with DPD. In general the rule applies that your shipment will leave our building on the working day following the day you place your order. We will send you an email with tracking information to enable you to keep track of your parcel. Registered customers can also come and shop in our cash & carry warehouse.

We like to get to know our new customers. We request our customers to send us a copy of the certificate of registry from the Chamber of Commerce, stating explicitly that the customer sells articles for creative leisure on business-base. The fact that the articles are sold commercially is the most important aspect.
We count retailers, street traders and industry in a related branch as our target group, but not schools, societies, associations, clubs etc.

About mistakes/issues:

Where people work, mistakes are made, we and you are no exceptions to that. Of course, we do our utmost to make no mistakes.
Nevertheless, if anything should go wrong, please contact us (sales@jalekro.nl) as soon as possible, so that we can come to a solution together.
